Life coaching doesn't come with any guarantees or promises. It's up to you to do the work. Question everything when you don't understand. Don't follow any advice, suggestions, or instructions unless it makes sense to you and you're willing to assume full responsibility for your actions.

Coaching by Email and Unlimited Email Coaching.

• Your first email coaching question and answer is free.
• Email your coaching questions anytime 24/7.
• Please allow up to 24 hours for an email response during regular business hours.
• Email coaching rates are for one person and not transferable to someone else.
• Please limit each email to one question. Send several emails if necessary.
• Some questions may be answered by phone if you live in the USA or Canada.
• If you don't want responses by phone please let William know.
• All sales are final. No refunds.

Coaching by Phone.

If you live in the USA or Canada William can call you if it saves you money on long distance charges. If you live in other countries, please email William before you sign up for phone coaching.

If William decides to take you as a client, you'll need to call William on the phone when it's time for your appointment. To save money, you can use email as much as possible. If you live outside of the USA or Canada, William will contact you by email only.

About Appointments For Coaching.

If you need to cancel a coaching session or change the time please notify William at least 24 hours in advance or longer.

Hours of Operation.

You can call or email 24/7 however the office is closed on weekends and holidays. Normal working hours are Monday - Friday 9am to 4 pm Arizona time.

William does work with clients in the evening and on weekends. Please send an email or call during regular business hours to set up appointments in the evening or on weekends.
