Before investing your time writing a detailed email about your situation, please find out if I'm the right coach for you. The best way to do this is by reading three web pages on this site: Frequently asked questions about my unique style of coaching, articles I've written ( free advice ) and success stores.

• Make it easy to understand your question.
• Provide as much detail as possible.
• I reply to emails within 24 hours Monday - Friday.
• Closed on weekends and holidays.

Depending on the nature of your coaching question, I may decide that a response by phone is more appropriate. Please provide your phone number if you are open to phone conversations with me. Let me know if it's ok to leave a message that I called and whether I can respond to your question on your answering machine if you're not home.

I will always respond to questions by email first. I may give you an answers you're looking for, or I may request that we speak briefly on the phone. With your permission, if you live in the USA or Canada, I can call you. This might save you money on long distance charges. If you live in other countries, please call me or request that I answer your questions by email only.
